HANYOYI 10 NA KARIYA DAGA KURAJEN FUSKA

HANYOYI GOMA DA MUTUM ZAKI KULA DAKANSA DAGA MATSALAR PIMPUS

TASIRIN AZIMI GA LAFIYAR JIKI

Da sunan Allah Mai yawan Rahama Mai yawan Jikai. Tsira da Aminvi su kara tabbata ga fiyayyen halitta Annabi Muhammad Salallahu Alaihi wasallam

A yai da yarda Allah zan dan kawo bayani mai taken:

TASIRIN AZIMI GA LAFIYAR JIKI.

Dafatan zamu amfana da abin da zamu ji kamar yadda na tattaroshi.

Shidai Azumi na wajaba ne a kan mutum mai cikakkiyar lafiya, ta hankali da ta jiki, ba mai raunin lafiya ko yaro ba. Wannan shi ya sa a addinance da kuma a likitance ba kowa ne aka yarda ya yi azumi ba. Duk da haka kuma, akwai marasa lafiyar da azumi kan yi wa amfani sosai wadanda su ma za a yi dan bayanin amfanin azumi a gare su.

Ilimin likitanci ya tabbatar da cewa yin Azimi yana daga mafi muhimmancin hanyar da mutum zai samu lafiya, kuma abu ne na tilas a rayuwar mutum ga wanda yake son lafiyarsa ta inganta.

Akwai bayanai masu yawa da likitoci irin su; Mark Pardon, Cases Karyl, Micheal Angilo, Dakta Muhammad Sa'id Suyuti, Dakta Muhammad Arrawi, da sauran manyan likitocin duniya suka yi kan wannan lamarin da yake nuna matukar mahimmanci da wajabcin Azumi ga rayuwar mutum.

Mutumin da yake jahiltar sirrin jikinsa sai ya dauka yunwa zata illa ta shi ne sakamakon yin Azumi, alhalin yana da ajiyayyen sukari da yake samun amfanin jiki a matsayin gulokojin da aka ajiye a hantarsa wanda zai iya amfana daga gare shi tsawon lokaci, sannan sai ya karkata ga ajiyayyun mai da yake jikinsa, wannan shi ne sirrin da ya sanya zamu ga mutum yana iya amfani da ruwa har kwanaki 40. Sai kuma jiki ya koma tara wasu sinadirai sakamakon hakan ya sake amfani da su don gina gabobinsa da daidaita tsarin rayuwarsu a lokacin Azumi.

Sai dai duk da muhimmancin Azumi ba a yarda kuma a wuce gona da iri wurin yunwata kai ba, don haka daidaito shi ne abin nema. Dreanik (a 1964) da masu taimaka masa sun kawo bayanai masu hadari ga jiki idan ya ci gaba da yunwatuwa tsawon lokaci da ya wuce kwanki 30 – 40.

A nan ne zamu ga hikimar shari'ar musulunci da ta yarda mutum ya yi azumi 30 ne kawai. Lallai tafarkin Addinin Manzon Allah (SAW) ne kawai ya yi daidai da ilimi a wannan fagen kamar yadda zamu iya gani.

A nan ne zamu ga kimar fadin jagoran halittu Annabin rahama (SAW) yayin da yake cewa: "Ku yi azumi kwa yi lafiya". Lallai fa'idar yin azumi ga lafiyar jiki ba ta kirguwa, kuma ni'ima ce da Allah ya yi wa dan adam da bai san iyakarta ba, don haka ne littafin Allah yake nuni da cewa: "Don ku gode wa Allah kan abin da ya shiryar da ku…'. Domin ba don ya shiryar da mu ga wannan hanyar ta samun lafiya ba, da babu wani wanda zai iya shiryar da mu gare ta.

Bahasosin Holbrook, Dewey, Wilcod, Shelton, H. Lutzner, Morgulis, da tattaunawar Ecosse, da  makamantansu duk sun tabbatar da cewa; Azumi yana da muhimman abubuwa da babu wai magani da yake da su da suka hada da:

1.      Hutun jiki da dawowa asalin kwayoyin halittarsa.

2.     Dakatar da tsotsar sinadirai da suke ragewa a hanji da zubar da ita domin dadewarta a jiki zai iya mayar da ita guba.

3.     Dawo da ayyukan gabobi da nishadinsu da daidaita ayyukansu.

4.     Narkar da sinadaran da suke kari ne a jiki da kona su.

5.     Dawowa da rayuwar kwayoyin jiki da samartaka.

6.     Kiyaye daidaiton karfin jiki.

7.     Gyara gabobin narkar da abinci a jiki.

8.     Bude kwakwalwa da kara hazaka.

9.     Tsaftace da tsarkake fata.

10.   Daidaita bugawar jini da narkar da kitse.

Da sauran abubuwa da ba a kawo su ba.

Don haka ne tun da har zuwa yau, kwararrun likitoci suka yi maganin manyan cututtuka ta hanyar yin Azumi. Wannan yana kara mana imani da dokokin da Manzon Allah mai daraja da gaskiya ya zo mana da su yayin da yake cewa: "Uwar hanji ita ce gidan dukkan cuta, kariya (riga kafi) ita ce babban magani".

Mutumin da yake son zaman lafiyarsa daram shi ne wanda zai lura da me yake ci, yaushe zai ci, yaya zai ci, nawa zai ci, da sauran mas'aloli irin wannan.

Don haka Annabin rahama (SAW) ya karbi kyautar Mariya daga Mukaukis na Masar, amma ya mayar da likitoci, yana mai ba shi amsa da cewar; Mu mutane ne da ba ma ci sai mun ji yunwa, kuma idan muka ci ba ma cika ciki. Sai wannan ya zama wata fomula mai daraja da likitocin Masar suka yi riko da ita a wancan lokaci suna mamakin wannan hikimar da suka yi amfani da ita wurin warkar da cututtukan da suka addabi al'ummarsu.

Haka nan likitoci sukan tilastawa wanda za a yi wa wata babbar tiyatar aiki ko ba ta hanji ba, a ce ya yi azumi kafin tiyatar saboda a lokacin jiki ya samu ya huta daga duk wata hayaniyar yau da kullum ta stress da sauransu. Sai an dora mutum a teburin tiyata ne kawai ake sa masa ruwan sukari.

Ita kuma hanta kan fito da abincin da ta tara (irinsu sinadaran glycogen da fatty acid na kitse) don jiki ya sarrafa su zuwa sukari wanda yake ba da kuzari na dan wani lokaci don amfanin jiki, domin ita hantar ta fara shirin ajiye sabo.

Haka nan ban da wadannan sinadarai akwai gubar da ke cikin hantar da ake fitarwa tare da su wadannan sinadarai. Wannan ma kadai kan kara lafiyar hanta.

Hakanan masu cutar hawan jinni, hawan jini kan kara sassaituwa a wasu mutanen yayin azumi, kamar yadda binciken masana da dama yakan nuna. Misali, wani likita dan kasar Amurka mai suna Dr. Goldhamer da ya kware a bincike kan azumi, ya yi nazarin amfanin azumi ga masu hawan jini. A cikin mutane masu hawan jini da ya gwada yayin da suke yin azumi, kashi 98 cikin 100 ba su bukaci magungunansu ba a tsawon ranakun da suka dauka suna azumi na wasu awoyi, wato azumi kawai ya sassaita hawan jinin nasu. Amma dai hakan ba ya nufin mutum ya ajiye maganin ya daina sha gaba daya, sai likita ya auna ya ce a huta.

Sai kuma masu ciwon suga, su ma azumi kan sassaita yawan sugan jikinsu, sai dai akan shawarce su da su rika yin amfani da na’urar auna suga a kullum saboda sugar zai iya yin kasa sosai su galabaita. Sai dai ana so mai ciwon suga mai amfani da allurar insulin ya shawarci likitan da ke ganinsa ko zai iya azumi, kuma ta yaya zai sassaita allurar saboda bambancin lokacin cin abinci.

Ga masu shan miyagun kwayoyi da taba sigari, azumi na daya daga cikin hanyar horar da kwakwalwa barin sabo da su. Ga mai so ya daina wannan dabi’a, azumi zai iya taimakonsa kwarai da gaske.

Amma kuma akwai wadansu larurori wadanda a addinance ba a dora wa masu su azumi ba, a likitance ma haka. Wadannan sun hada da marasa lafiyar da sai an kwantar an tayar wadanda basu san halin da suke ba, da wadanda suke kwance ake yi wa karin ruwa, tun da ruwan da abinci a ciki, da masu cututtukan da magungunansu dole a sha duk bayan ’yan awoyi da masu gyambon ciki da dai sauran ire-irensu.

Masu juna biyun ko masu shayarwa su ma sukan galabaita ko su ba abin da suke dauke da shi wahala, idan suka yi azumi. Akwai dai masu irin wadannan larurori da ke bukatar fatawa ta malamai makusanta da su don a tabbatar za su iya azumi ko akasin haka.
Wannan shine kadan daga dan abin da na binciko, dafatan zamu amfana da wannan dan takaitaccen bayani.

Tsira da Amincin Allah su kara tabbata ga shugaban mu Annabi Muhammad dan Abdullahi cikamakin Annabawa, limamin manzanni, ka hada da Dukkan SahabbansSa da Ahalin gigansa da matayenSa da dukkan wadanda suka bishi da kyautatawa har zuwa ranar karshe.

 Bayan haka munsamar da wannan shafi ne don gabatar da mukaloli da suka shafi addinin Islama da wadanda suka shafi Lafiya, dafatan Allah yayi mana jagora Ameen.

BAYANI AKAN CIWON ASMA

CIWON ASMA

Ciwon asma wani ciwo ne na hanyar numfashi dake janyo matsalar rashin yin numfashi yadda ya kamata. Yakan janyo matsalar rasa rai ma a wasu lokutan idan abin yayi tsanani. Yawanci gadon ciwon ake, kuma wanda ya gada zai iya zama lafiya lau na tsawon wani wani lokaci kafin a gane, wato kenan yakan iya faruwa kusan ga kowa daga kowane mataki na shekaru har zuwa karshen rayuwa.

Amma a lokacin da ciwon ya motsa, kafofin shigar iskar numfashi na makogaro a jikin dan Adam kan rufe ta yadda za’a samu nauyi ko rashin dadin yin numfashi. Huhu zai samu karancin iskar da ta dace ya shaka.

Matsalar asma tana cikin matsalolin da kan hana mai fama da ita rayuwarsa ta yau da kullum, kamar zuwa aiki a ofisoshi, ko gona, ko kuma makaranta, idan dalibi ne. Asma har ila yau kan hana iyali barci isasshe da dare, kuma lokaci da dama iyaye kan rasa yin aiki da rana saboda cutar asmar ‘ya’yan su.
Su Wa Kan Yi Fama Da Cutar Asma?

Asma tana shafar kowane jinsi na mutane, farare ne ko bakaken fata, kuma a kowane mataki na shekaru cikin kowace kabila. Amma an yi amanna cewa mutane matalauta ne suka fi yawa wajen fama da wannan matsala.

Shin Wani Na Iya Daukar Cutar Daga Wani?

A’a. Asma bata yaduwa daga wani zuwa wani kamar ta hanyar barci a daki daya da mai cutar, ko cin abinci a kwano daya ko shakuwa tare da mai cutar kamar majinyaci marar lafiya, ko ta auratayya.

Shin Ko Ana Gadon Cutar?

Kwarai kuwa bincike ya nuna cewa akwai yiwuwar gadon cutar tsakanin iyalai madanganta kamar daga kakanni ko iyaye ko yayyen uwa ko na uba, ko dai daga wasu dangi na kusa.

Alamomin Asma

Alamomin asma ba a boye suke ba, kuma sun hada da:

1. Wahala a lokacin numfashi wato a rika yi sama-sama, hade da jin wata irin kara numfashin
2. Matsanancin tari
3. Qaruwar fitar ruwan hanci, ba lalle ne a ga majina ba
4. Tsukewa ko daurewa da rashin jin walwala a kirji

Abubuwan Dake Tada Ciwon Asma

Tunda mun ce asma a kwance take tashi take jefi-jefi, an yi amanna wadannan abubuwan da zamu lissafa suna cikin muhimman abubuwan dake tayar da ciwon. Saboda haka yana da kyau a dauki matakin kariya daga su, kuma kowane mai asma ya kamata ya san me yake tayar masa da nasa, ya kiyaye shi, domin kowa da nashi abinda ke tayar da ciwon.

2. Shakar iska mai tsananin sanyi
3. Shan taba sigari
4. Kayan rini
5. Kurar karmami
6. Hayaki kamar na wuta ko na janareto
7. Kamshin turare a wasu

Gwajin Cutar Asma

A mafi yawan lokuta likitoci kan gane ciwon asma ta tambayoyi da sauraron karar numfashi a huhun mai matsalar, don haka ba sai sun jira gwaje-gwaje ba suke cewa ko akwai asma ko babu. A wasu lokutan akan bukaci wadannan gwaje-gwaje domin tantance karfin matsalar da nemo wasu matsalolin na daban

* Awon numfashi (spirometry) inda akan binciki yawan iskar dake shiga da fita a huhu
* Hoton kirji
* Gwajin majinar kirji (sputum)
* Awon kwayoyin jini

Yadda Za’a Rage Ko Kawar da Cutar

Cutar asma kan sa a rasa rai idan ba’a dauki matakin da ya dace ba idan ta tashi. Yana da kyau iyali su lura cewa makasudin maganin cutar asma shine:

    * A kawar da dukkan alamominta
    * A dawo da numfashi dai-dai
    * Yana da kyau a san magungunan cutar
    Shan magani kamar yadda likita ya bayyana
    * A san abubuwan dake haddasa cutar asma kamar yadda aka zayyana a sama, sannan a kawar da su ko a rage su a muhalli

Abubuwan Daya Kamata A Yi A Lokacin Da Ciwon Ya Tashi

    * Abu na farko shine mutun yayi kokari ya natsu, kada ya tayar da hankalinsa
    * A sha maganin da aka tanada da gaggawa
    * A mafi yawan lokuta maganin na shaka ne, don haka mutum ya tabbatar ya je an koya masa yadda ake shaka, kada yayi aikin baban-giwa
    * Mutun ya daure yayi ta numfashi sannu-sannu lokacin da ciwon ya tashi
    * Idan magungunan basu sa matsalar ta lafa ba, a garzaya asibiti mafi kusa

Ire-Iren Magungunan asma

Akwai magunguna shahararru masu kwantar da ciwon nan take da masu kiyaye tashin ciwon wanda idan mutun ya je asibiti ana rubuta masa, qwayoyi kenan.

Sa’annan akwai wadanda ake shaka ko kuma zuqa ta baki (inhalers) wakanda ke aiki cikin gaggawa, suma ana iya rubutawa mutum ya saya. Suma iri biyu ne, akwai mai kwantar da ciwon in ya tashi, akwai kuma mai kiyaye tashin ciwon. Likita zai rubuta duk wadanda suka dace.
