Na sadaukar da wannan Littafi ga Babban Malamina Jagorana Marigayi Ustaz Auwal Isa Yakasai (Rahimahullah) Allah yajikansa Allah ya gafartamasa, Amin.

GODIYA

Da sunan Allah mai yawan Rahama Mai Jin kai, Tsira da Aminci su kara tabbata ga shugaban halitta Annabi Muhammad Tsira da Aminci su qara tabbata a gareshi da ahalinsa da sahabbansa baki daya.

Da farko, ina mika godiya ta musamman ga Allah Maɗaukakin Sarki, wanda ya bani ikon kammala wannan littafi cikin aminci da nutsuwa. Shi ne Mai baiwa bawa karfin tunani, hikima da nutsuwar zuciya, Ya kuma bayyana masa abin da zai amfane shi da alumma.

Ina mika godiya ta musamman ga Malam Salisu Abdul-Salisu, wanda ya shafe shekaru da dama yana jagorantar faɗakarwa a shafinsa na Zamantakewa dake manhajar Facebook, a dukkan watan Ramadan. Irin wannan jajircewa da yake yi wajen yada ilimi da wayar da kan jama’a shi ne ya kasance babban abin da ya karfafa gwiwata wajen rubuta wannan littafi. Allah Ya saka masa da mafificin lada, Ya kara masa ilimi, dacewa da nisan kwana.

Ina gode wa malamai da masana da aka ambata a cikin wannan littafi bisa irin gagarumar gudunmawar da suka bayar a fagen ilimi. Rubuce-rubucensu da fassarar bayanan kimiyya da na addini su ne ginshikan da wannan littafi ya dogara a kansu.

Godiya ta musamman ga Abokina Mal. Arabi Sammani, da dan’uwana Imam Sani Zakariyya da sukai duba tare da gyare-gyare, sai abokai, dalibai da dangi, waɗanda a lokuta daban-daban suke ba ni shawara, goyon baya da addu’a. Hakan ya taimaka matuka wajen saukaka wannan rubutu, da bincike da kuma tsara littafin yadda ya kamata.

Ina kuma godewa masu karatu, waɗanda su ne ginshikin dalilin rubuta wannan littafi. Idan aka sami kura-kurai a ciki, ina roqon a sanar da mu domin gyara. Idan kuwa aka samu daidai, ina roqon Allah Ya sanya wannan aiki cikin abin da ake rubutawa a mizani na ranar sakamako.

Allah Ya sanya wannan littafi ya amfanar da kowa, ya kuma zamo hanya ta qarin ilimi da tsaftace tunani.

TA’ALIKI

Da sunan Allah Maɗaukaki, Mai yalwar rahama, Mai girman jin ƙai. Tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata ga Shugaban halittu baki ɗaya, shugaban masu azumi, Annabi Muhammad (), da iyalansa tsarkaka, da sahabbansa zaɓaɓɓu, da dukkan waɗanda suka bi sahunsu da kyautatawa har zuwa ranar sakamako.

Bayan haka, hakika na karanta wannan littafi karatu na tsanaki da zurfin nazari, tare da yin bitar abubuwan da ya ƙunsa dalla-dalla. Sai na same shi littafi ne na musamman, wanda ya kebanta da irin rubuce-rubucen da aka saba yi kan azumi, musamman ta fuskar haɗa ilimin addini da na zamani cikin tsari guda mai ma’ana da armashi.

Marubucin ya yi kyakkyawan fashin baki wajen bayyana tasirin azumi ga lafiyar ɗan Adam, ta hanyar kawo bayanai na kimiyya na zamani tare da jingina su da ƙaidojin Sharia da fahimtar malamai. Haka kuma, ya zurfafa bayani kan hukunce-hukuncen azumi, ya gabatar da su cikin hikima, da tsari, da hujjoji masu ƙarfi.

Abin da ya ƙara wa littafin armashi shi ne irin bajintar da marubucin ya nuna wajen saukar da kalmomi masu tsauri da maanoni na ilimi zuwa harshen Hausa, cikin salo mai daɗi, mai sauƙin fahimta, ba tare da rage darajar maanar asali ba. Wannan fasaha ta sa littafin ya zama abin dogaro ga malamai, ɗalibai, da masu neman ilimi gaba ɗaya.

A ƙarshe, ina ba da shawara mai ƙarfi, tare da kwaxaitarwa, ga al’ummar Musulmi da su karanta wannan littafi, su zurfafa fahimta a cikinsa, su yi aiki da abin da ya ƙunsa, domin samun alheri mai yawa a addini, lafiya, da rayuwar yau da kullum.

TAKRĪR

Da sunan Allah Maɗaukaki, Mai yalwar rahama, Mai girman jin ƙai. Tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata ga Annabi Muhammad () shugaban masu azumi, da iyalansa, da sahabbansa, da dukkan masu bin tafarkinsa na gaskiya.

Bayan haka, hakika na karanta wannan littafi karatu na fahimta da tantancewa, tare da yin bitar abubuwan da ke cikinsa a mahangar ilimi da tsari. A yayin wannan nazari, na yi wasu gyare-gyare da shawarwari domin ƙara inganta salo, daidaita lafazi, da kuma ƙarfafa maanoni, ta yadda littafin zai fito cikin tsari mai armashi da sauƙin karantawa.

Na tarar da littafin yana ɗauke da muhimman bayanai da suka shafi azumi da tasirinsa ga lafiyar ɗan Adam, inda marubucin ya nuna ƙwazo wajen haɗa fahimtar addini da bayanan zamani cikin hikima da daidaito. Haka kuma, littafin ya bi ƙa’idojin ilimi wajen gabatar da hukunce-hukuncen azumi a addinance, tare da bincike a manyan litattafan addini.

Gyare-gyaren da aka yi sun ta’allaka ne kan inganta lafazi, daidaita jimloli, da kuma tabbatar da cewa saƙon da ake son isarwa ya fito a sarari, ba tare da rage ma’anar asali ba. Wannan ya ƙara wa littafin ƙima da dacewa da amfani ga malamai, ɗalibai, da al’umma gaba ɗaya.

A bisa haka, ina ganin littafin ya cancanci a fitar da shi ga jama’a domin karantawa da amfana, musamman a wannan zamani da ake buƙatar ilimi mai haɗa addini da lafiya. Ina kuma roƙon Allah Ya sanya wannan aiki ya zama abin alheri da lada ga marubucin da duk wanda ya amfana da shi.

TSOKACI

Littafin “Tasirin Azumi ga Ɗan Adam littafi ne mai matuqar muhimmanci da ya zo a kan lokaci, wanda ya haɗa ilimin addini da na zamani cikin hikima da fahimta. Marubucin ya yi qoqari matuqa wajen bayyana azumi ba kawai a matsayin ibada ba, har ma a matsayin wata babbar hanya ta inganta lafiyar jiki, tunani da rayuwar ɗan Adam.

 

Abin da ya fi burge ni shi ne yadda littafin ya gina hujjoji bisa Alqur’ani, Hadisai da kuma bayanan masana lafiya, yana nuna cikakken tasirin azumi ga tsarin jiki, narkewar abinci, gyaran qwayoyin halitta da kuma tsarkake zuciya. Wannan ya sa littafin ya zama abin amfana ga kowane musulmi, da ma wanda ba musulmi ba, mai sha’awar fahimtar hikimar azumi.

 

A tsawon shekaru, shafin zamantakewa dake Facebook ya kasance dandali na ilimantarwa ga al’ummar musulmi a sassa daban-daban na duniya, inda muke tattauna batutuwa da dama na addini, tarbiyya da lafiya. Wannan maudu’i na Tasirin Azumi ga Lafiyar Ɗan Adam yana daga cikin muhimman jigogin da muke yawan bayyanawa, kuma wannan littafi ya zo ya qara zurfafa fahimta tare da tattara bayanai a wuri guda.

Ina yaba wa marubucin bisa wannan gagarumar gudunmawa, tare da fatan littafin zai samu karɓuwa sosai, ya kuma zama haske ga masu karatu wajen fahimtar azumi a matsayin ibada da babbar ni’ima ga lafiyar ɗan Adam.

Da sunan Allah, Mai Rahama Mai Jin Qai. Tsira da amincin Allah su qara tabbata ga shugaban halitta, Annabin rahama, (SAW) da ahalinsa da dukkan sahabbansa baki xaya.

Bayan haka, dalilin da ya sa ni na rubuta wannan littafi shi ne: a duk shekara cikin watan Ramadan, Malam Salisu Abdul-Salisu yana jagorantar wasu jerin faɗakarwa a shafinsa na Facebook mai suna Zamantakewa. Tun daga ranar 1 zuwa 30 ga watan Ramadan, yakan samar da jadawalin malamai da masana a fannoni da dama, don su gabatar da darussa daban-daban.

A kowace shekara ni ma nakan samu kaina cikin masu bada gudunmawa wajen faxakarwar, kuma galibi ana bani dama ne in yi bayani mai taken “Tasirin Azumi ga Lafiyar xan Adam.” Hakan ya kan saka ni yin bincike mai zurfi, domin na tattara bayanan da masana kimiyya suka rubuta kan amfanin azumi ga lafiyar ɗan Adam, tare da abin da manyan malamai suka faɗa daga cikin littattafansu, da fatawoyinsu.

Daga qarshe ne na ga ya dace in haɗa waɗannan muhimman bayanai cikin littafi guda xaya, domin amfanin al’umma, musamman ma ganin irin tasirin azumi ga lafiya da kuma rawar da yake takawa wajen tsaftace jiki da ruhin ɗan Adam.

Musani Azumi ibada ce daga cikin ginshiqan Musulunci wand ya haɗa ruhi, da ɗabi’a, da kuma lafiyar jiki. Tun Shekaru da dama, malamai na Musulunci sun yi rubuce-rubuce da bayanai akan amfanin azumi ga jiki da zuciya. A yau, binciken kimiyya daga manyan likitoci, cibiyoyin bincike, jami’o’i, da hukumomin lafiya na duniya sun tabbatar da abubuwan da malamai suka yi ishara da shi tun asali.

Wannan littafi ya tattara bayanai daga manyan malamai da manyan likitocin duniya, da cibiyoyin bincike.

littafin ya haɗa vangaren Addini da kuma na Kimiyya, ya kuma kawo hujjoji, da misalai, da bayanai masu qarfi, domin musulmi ya fahimci cewa azumi ibada ce mai girma kuma dabarun kara inganta lafiya.

Ina roqon Allah ya saka wa Malam Salisu da alheri bisa irin faɗakarwa da wayar da kai da yake yi a wannan shafi. Ina kuma fatan Allah Ya sanya wannan littafi ya zama hanya ta alheri ga mai karantawa, ya ilmantar da su game da amfanin da azumi kanyi ga lafiyarsu, ya kuma qarfafi masu karatun wajen kula da jikinsu da lafiyarsu. Domin kuwa Bahaushe ya ce: “Lafiya uwar jiki.”

Duk wani kuskure da aka hango a cikin littafin, ina roqon a sanar dani domin a gyara. Abin da kuwa ya zo daidai, Allah Ya karɓa ya sanya shi a mizanin alheri.

BABI NA XAYA

MUHIMMANCIN AZUMI A ADDINI DA KIMIYYA

Azumi babbar ibada ce da ta haɗa tsakanin gyaran ruhi, tsabtace zuciya, da inganta lafiyar jiki. Wannan ya sa Musulunci ya sanya azumi cikin rukunan addini guda biyar, kuma kimiyya ta tabbatar da hikimar da ke cikinsa ta fannoni da dama.

1. Muhimmancin Azumi a Addini

a. Azumi ruku nine na Musulunci

Allah Madaukakin Sarki ya yi umarni da yin azumi domin qarfafa biyayya, tsoron Allah da tsaftar zuciya.

Kamar yadda (SWT) yake cewa:

﴿ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الصِّيَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ﴾ البقرة: 183]

Ma’ana:

“Yã ku waɗanda kuka yi imani! An wajabta muku azumi, kamar yadda aka wajabta wa waɗanda suka gabaceku, domin ku zama masu taqawa.” [1]

 

Wannan ayar hujja ce mafi karfi da ta nuna cewa Azumin watan Ramadan Wajibi ne ga duk Musulmi baligi, mai hankali, wanda ba shi da uzuri.

Azumi hanya ce da mutum ke miqa wuya ga Ubangiji ta hanyar nisantar sha’awa saboda bin umarninsa.

b. Qarin Tsoron Allah (Taqawa)

Allah Ya bayyana cewa babban manufar azumi ita ce:

لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ

“Domin ku samu taqawa.

Taqawa tana nufin tsoron Allah, tsarkake zuciya, aikata alheri da gujewa zunubi. Azumi yana koyar da mutum juriya, haquri da duqufa ga ibada.

c. Karkatar da zuciya daga Duniya zuwa Ibada

Lokacin azumi mutum kan rage yawan shagala, ya qara karatun Alqur’ani, da ibada da tunani mai kyau. Wannan yana haifar da nutsuwar zuciya da kwanciyar hankali.

d. Raunata Shaiɗan da qarfafar Ruhi

Annabi (SAW) ya ce:

الصِيَامُ جُنَّةٌ

Ma’ana: Azumi Garkuwa ce: wato kariya ne ga bawa.

Manzon Allah ya ce:

“Azumi garkuwa ne. don haka idan ɗayanku yana azumi, kada ya yi magana ta batsa, kuma kada ya yi hayaniya ko faɗa. Idan wani ya zage shi ko ya neme shi da faɗa, sai ya ce: Ni ina azumi ne.” [2]

 

Azumi yana zama garkuwa ne domin:

·        Yana kare Mutum daga Zunubita hanyar rage sha’awa da fushi.

·        Yana kare Mutum daga Wutar Jahannamaidan aka yi shi da gaskiya da tsoron Allah.

·        Yana tarbiyyantar da Zuciya – domin yana koya haquri, kunya da tsoron Allah.

Saboda haka azumi ba hana ci da sha kawai ba ne kaxai, a’a tarbiyya ce ga zukatanmu da halayen mu.

e. Koyi ne da Annabi (SAW) da Sahabbai

Annabi (SAW) ya yi azumci watan Ramadan, sannan ya yi Azumin Litinin da Alhamis, da sauran ranakun da zamu kawosu a nan gaba. Wannan hujja ce kan muhimmancinsa ga Musulmi.

2. MUHIMMANCIN AZUMI A KIMIYYA

Kimiyya ta tabbatar da cewa azumi ba ibada ce kawai ba, magani ne da yake tasiri ga jiki da kwakwalwa. Domin masana da dama da cibiyoyin bincike irin su Dr. Yoshinori Ohsumi [3], Harvard Medical School, Dr. Valter Longo [4], da Cleveland Clinic [5] sun yi bincike da dama kan azumi, kuma suka bayyana amfaninsa da dama, ga wasu daga cikin manyan amfaninsa da binciken na su ya bayyana:

a. – Tsabtace Jiki daga Guba (Autophagy): Dr. Yoshinori Ohsumi ya binciko cewa azumi hanya ce da jiki ke kawar da tsofaffin kwayoyin cuta, da gubobi[6] da tarkacen da suke haifar da cututtuka. Har sai da ya sami kyautar (Nobel Prize) saboda gano wannan bayani da yayi a cikin binciken sa.

 

b. Rage qiba da daidaita sinadaran jinni: Azumi yana taimakawa wajen, rage kitse mai haɗari (bad cholesterol) haka nan yana qara kitse mara cutarwa (good cholesterol). Sannan yana daidaita sukarin Jiki (glucose), domin yana taimaka wa masu ciwon suga, sannan yana rage qiba cikin tsari mai kyau, batare da cutarwarba.

Don haka masu son rage qiba ba sai sunyi amfani da wasu magungunma masu cutarwa ba, muddin suka lazumci yin azumi, qibarsu zata ragu sannan jikin su zai qara lafiya.

c. Gyaran kwakwalwa da qara kaifinta: Azumi yana qara yawan sinadarin (BDNF) ‘BDNF’ na nufin (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor): wato wani sinadari ne na (protein) da kwakwalwa take samarwa, wanda ya ke taimaka wa qwayoyin halittar kwakwalwa (neurons) su rayu, ya qarfafa koyo da tunani, ya inganta ma’ajiyar qwaqwalwa (memory), da kuma gyaran kwakwalwar kanta idan ta sami rauni.

A takaice: BDNF tamkar abincin kwakwalwa ne domin yana waxannan ayyuka:

1.     Qara hankali da fahimta

2.     Inganta qwaqwalwa

3.     Rage damuwa (depression & anxiety)

4.     Kare kwakwalwa daga tsufa da cututtuka

5.     Qarfafa sababbin qwayoyin kwakwalwa (neurogenesis)

 

Abubuwan da su ke qara yawan BDNF sun haɗar da:

·         Azumi Na Musulunci ko na Likita (Ramadan/ intermittent fasting)

·         Motsa jiki (exercise)

·         Karatu da tunani mai zurfi

·         Yin bacci mai kyau (cikin Nutsuwa kuma mai yawa)

·         Cin abinci mai gina jiki, kamar kifi, gyaɗa, kwakwa, da kayan lambu da makamantan su)

 

Wannan ya dace da Hadisin Annabi : da muka kawo abaya, da yake cewa: “Azumi garkuwa ce” wato garkuwa ga jiki, da zuciya da kuma kwakwalwa.

§ Kiyaye hatsarin kamuwa da cutar daji (Cancer) a wasu matakai

e. Sake daidaita aikin jiki da Gyaran tsarin narkewar abinci (Metabolic Reset): Metabolic reset: yana nufin lokacin da jiki ya daina dogaro da sukari wato (glucose) kaɗai, ya koma amfani da mai (fat) don samar da kuzari, hakan yana gyara yadda yake narkar da abinci da sarrafa kuzari.

Yawanci hakan yana faruwa ne, a lokacin da ake yin azumi, ko lokacin da aka rage cin abinci akai-akai, wato lokacin da ake yin intermittent fasting.

 

Amfaninsa: yana rage qiba, yana daidaita sukarin cikin jini, yana rage kumburi (inflammation), yana qara lafiyar kwakwalwa, yana qara BDNF, sannan yana rage haɗarin kamuwa da cututtuka, kamar ciwon sukari da ciwon mantuwa.

Dangantakar Metabolic reset da Azumi: Azumi yana baiwa jiki damar hutawa daga cin abinci akai-akai, sannan yana gyara kansa da kansa, kuma yana tsarkake shi jiki xin, sannan ya inganta aikin da yake yi.

 

f. Tsawaita rayuwa (Longevity): Binciken Jami;ar Stanford da Jami’ar Harvard, ya nuna cewa azumi yana taimaka wa tsawon rai, saboda yana rage yawan gubar da ke jiki da rage matsa lamba ga kwayoyin halitta (wato kwayoyin halitta suna samu suna hutawa).

 

3. DANGANTAKAR AZUMI A ADDINI DA KIMIYYA

§ Addinin Islama ya jaddada yin azumi, domin yana tsarkake zuciya da qarawa mai yin sa kusanci da Allah.

§ Kimiyya kuma ta tabbatar da cewa wannan tsarkakewar tana sake tsara jiki gaba ɗaya, daga kwakwalwa, jini, hanji har zuwa qwayoyin halitta.

§ Hakan ya nuna cewa hikimar da Allah Ya sa cikin azumi ta wuce abin da ilimin ɗan Adam zai iya fahimta.


 

BABI NA BIYU

MA’ANAR AZUMI A MUSULUNCI

1. Ma’anar Azumi (As-Sawm): A shari’a, azumi shi ne: “Kaucewa daga cin abinci, ko abin sha, ko kusantar iyali, tare da duk wani abin da yake lalata azumi, tun daga fitowar alfijir har zuwa faduwar rana, saboda girmama Allah.”

2. Dalilan Wajibcin Azumi: An fara Azumin ne tun a zamanin al’ummomin Annabawan da suka gabaci Manzon Allah (SAW).

Allah Madaukakin Sarki Ya bayyana a cikin Al-kur’ani cewa:

"يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ كُتِبَ عَلَيۡكُمُ ٱلصِّيَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَتَّقُونَ"

“Ya ku wadanda kuka yi imani, an farlanta muku yin azumi, kamar yadda aka farlanta shi ga al’ummomin da suka gabace ku, tsammanin za ku samu jin tsoron Allah.” [7]

Wannan ya nuna cewa asalin manufar azumi ita ce gyaran zuciya.

Malaman tarihin Musulunci sun bayyana cewa gabanin manzancin Annabi Muhammadu , al’ummomin baya kan yi azumi ne a lokuta daban-daban, sannan yawan kwanakin da suke yin azumin ya bambanta.

Alal misali, kafin a aiko Manzon Allah Yahudawa da Nasara har da Quraishawa masu bautar gumaka a lokacin sun kasance suna azumtar ranar Ashura, 10 ga watan Muharram.

Azumi na xaya daga shika-shikan Musulunci

Daga cikin shika-shikan Musulunci guda biyar, Azumtar watan Ramadan xaya ne daga cikin su  wato:

1.     Kalmar Shahada

2.     Sallah

3.     Azumin watan Ramdan

4.     Zakka

5.     Aikin Hajji

Talakawa da mawadata sun yi tarayya a cikin ukun Farko; ragowar biyun kuma (Zakka da Hajji) suka takaita ga mawadata (wato waxanda Allah ya horewa).

Bisa koyarwar Addinin Islama, a watan Ramadan, al’ummar Musulmi kan ninka yawan ayyukansu na alheri da neman kusanci da Allah, babu dare, babu rana, saboda kwaxayin samun dacewa da falalar watan.

 

3. Fa’idar Azumi Ga Ruhi (Spiritual Benefits): Wannan yana nuni da irin amfanin da azumi ke yi ga zukata, da ruhin xan Adam da kuma kara masa kusanci da Allah. Ba wai iya jikin mutum kaɗai kan samu wannan fa’ida ba, a’a har ma da gavvansa, da kuma yanda azumin ke qarfafa koyi da halaye na gari, da tsoron Allah da tsaftace zuciya.

A nan zamu fahimci fa’idodin azumi da suka haxa da:

§ Yana kawar da son zuciya

§ Yana daidaita zuciya da hankali

§ Yana inganta natsuwa

§ Yana sanya ɗa’a ga Allah

§ Yana Qara Taqawa (Tsoron Allah)

§ Yana Qarfafa Ibada

§ Yana tsarkake Zuciya Daga Hassada, Girman kai

§ Yana Qara Kusanci da Allah

§ Yana Gina Xabi’a da Halaye na Gari

§ Yana Raunana Shaixan da qarfafa ruhin xan Adam

 

4. Hadisai Da Suke Nuna Falalar Azumi

1. Kariya daga Zunubi da Wuta

Annabi ya ce: الصِيامُ الجُنَّة

“Azumi garkuwa ce.”Ma’ana: “Azumi garkuwa ce (kariya ce daga zunubi da ayyukan da suke kaiwa ga wuta).” [8]

Wannan kalma ta garkuwa ta qunshi maanonin addini da na lafiya. (Kamar yadda muka bayyana a baya)

 

2. Tanadar Babbar qofa a Aljanna ga masu Azumi kaxai: Ar-Rayyan

"إِنَّ فِي الْجَنَّةِ بَابًا يُقَالُ لَهُ الرَّيَّانُ، يَدْخُلُ مِنْهُ الصَّائِمُونَ…"

Ma’ana: “A cikin Aljanna akwai qofa da ake kira Ar-Rayyan; masu azumi ne za su shiga ta…” [9]

Ita wannan qofa mai suna Ar-Rayyan an tanadeta ne a cikin Aljanna ga masu Azumi su kaxai.

 

3-  Nisanta Fuskar Bawa Daga Wuta na Shekaru 70

مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ، بَاعَدَ اللَّهُ وَجْهَهُ عَنِ النَّارِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا

Ma’ana: “Duk wanda ya yi azumin rana guda saboda Allah, Allah zai nesanta fuskarsa daga wuta na tsawon shekaru 70.” [10]

4. Sanya Tazara kamar Sama da qasa ga mai Azumi da wuta

مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ، جَعَلَ اللَّهُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ النَّارِ خَنْدَقًا كَمَا بَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالأَرْضِ

Ma’ana: “Wanda ya yi azumi saboda Allah, Allah zai sanya tazara kamar tsakanin sama da qasa tsakanin shi da wuta.[11]

5. Azumi yana wanke zunubai

مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا، غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ

Ma’ana: “Wanda ya azumci Ramadan cikin imani da neman lada, an gafarta masa abin da ya gabata na zunubansa.” [12]

6. Qanshin Bakin Mai Azumi Yafi na Turaren Miski

وَخُلُوفُ فَمِ الصَّائِمِ أَطْيَبُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِنْ رِيحِ الْمِسْكِ

Ma’ana:Qanshin bakin mai azumi ya fi kamshin miski a wurin Allah.[13]

 

 

7. Ladan Azumi Allah ne ya ke bayar da sha kai tsaye:

كُلُّ عَمَلِ ابْنِ آدَمَ لَهُ إِلَّا الصِّيَامَ، فَإِنَّهُ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ

Ma’ana: “Kowane aikin ɗan Adam na shi ne, sai dai azumi, domin shi nawa ne, kuma Ni ne zan ba da ladansa.” [14]

8. Karvar Addu’ar  mai yin Azumi

ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا تُرَدُّ دَعْوَاتُهُمْ… وَالصَّائِمُ حَتَّى يُفْطِرَ

Ma’ana:  “Mutane uku ba a mayar da addu’arsu ba… da mai azumi, har ya buɗe baki.” [15]

9. Koyar da zuciya ladubba da kiyaye harshe

فَإِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ صَوْمِ أَحَدِكُمْ فَلَا يَرْفُثْ وَلَا يَصْخَبْ

Ma’ana: Idan rana ta kasance ta azumin ɗayanku, to kada ya yi maganar batsa ko hayaniya.” [16]

 

Ibadar Azumi: Idan watan ramadan ya tsaya, to ya wajaba akan ko wanne musulmai Maza da Mata, baligai, masu lafiya, mazauna gida su yi azumi, ma'ana su kame bakinsu daga ci, ko sha, ko saduwar aure daga fudowar alfijir har zuwa faxuwar rana, wanda kuma ya kasance mara lafiya ko ya zamo matafiyi acikin kwanakin azumin ramadan, to ya halatta a gare shi da ya sha azumin sa'annnan ya rama adadin kwanakin da ya sha acikin kwanakin da ba na Ramadan ba.

Allah (SWT) yace:

فَمَن شَهِدَ مِنكُمُ الشَّهْرَ فَلْيَصُمْهُ ۖ وَمَن كَانَ مَرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِّنْ أَيَّامٍ أخْرَ،

Ma’ana: "Wanda ya riski wata daga cikin ku, to sai ya azumce shi, wanda kuma ya zamo maras lafiya ko matafiyi, to sai ya rama a kwanaki na daban..." [17]

Don haka Kenan, Azumi ibada ce ta da qunshi kamewa daga ci, da sha, da kusantar iyali. da sauran abubuwan da ke karya azumi tun daga fitowar alfijir zuwa faxuwar rana.

Sharuxan Azumi: Yin Azumin Ramadan farilla ne ga dukkan:

1.     Musulmi

2.     Baligi

3.     Mai Hankali

4.     Lafiyayye

5.     Mazaunin Gida.

Wanda ba Musulmi ba, ko qaramin yaro, ko mara hankali, ko mara lafiya, ko matafiyi, waxannan bai zama wajibi a kan su ba.

Musulmin da suka cika waxannan sharuxxa biyar, su kan shafe wata guda (kwanaki 29 ko 30) suna Azumin Ramadan, ya danganta da yadda aka ga jinjirin watan Shawwal.

Farlanta Azumin Ramadan: Bayan aiko Annabi Alaihissalam, an farlanta Azumin Ramadan ne mataki-mataki, inda aka fara farlantawa a watan Sha’aban na shekara ta biyu bayan Hijira.

An fara farlanta wa al’ummar Annabi Muhammad yin azumi ne tare da ba su zavi wanda zai iya ya yi, wanda azumin zai wahalar da shi kuma, sai ya ciyar da miskini xaya a maimakon kowane azumi. Duk da haka an fi kwadaitarwa a kan yin azumi.

Daga baya aka farlanta azumin ga duk wanda ya halarci (Riski) watan Ramadan.

 

Imam Muslim sun ruwaito daga Salamata bn Akwa’ cewa: Sahabban Manzon Allah sun kasance idan mutum ya so sai ya yi Azumin Ramadan, ko kuma ya ciyar (da miskini) a maimakon kowane Azumi daya.

A wata ruwaya ta Imam Muslim, daga baya an soke hukuncin da saukar ayar da ta 185 ta Suratul Baqara, da take cewa: “Duk wanda ya halarci watan (Ramadan) to ya azumce shi’.”

فَمَن شَهِدَ مِنكُمُ الشَّهْرَ فَلْيَصُمْهُ ۖ وَمَن كَانَ مَرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِّنْ أَيَّامٍ أخْرَ، البقرة: 185]

Ma’ana: "Wanda ya riski wata daga cikin ku, to sai ya azumce shi, wanda kuma ya zamo maras lafiya ko matafiyi, to sai ya rama a kwanaki na daban..." [18]

Hikimar Shari’a da Dalilin da ya sa Allah ya Wajabta Azumi: Azumi ibada ce da Allah Ya ɗora wa Musulmi domin gina zuciya, gyara halaye da qarfafa dangantaka tsakanin bawa da Ubangijinsa. Duk wani abu da Allah Ya wajabta yana ɗauke da hikima, ko da mutum bai gane ta a zahiri ba. Amma azumi na ɗaya daga cikin ibadoji da aka fi bayyana hikimominsa a cikin Alqurani, Hadisi da bayanan malamai.

1. Gina Taqawa da Tsoron Allah

Allah ya ce:

“An wajabta muku azumi kamar yadda aka wajabta wa waɗanda suka gabace ku, domin ku samu taqawa.” (Tuba, tsarkake zuciya, da nisantar zunubi)

Taqawa ita ce ginshiqin dukkan ayyukan Musulunci. Azumi yana koya wa mutum juriya wajen barin abin da ya saba yi saboda Allah.

2. Daidaita Halaye (Moral Discipline): Azumi makaranta ce ta gina tarbiyya, yana horarwa tare da koyawa mutane haquri da juriya da tausayi da xa’a da Nisantar maganganu marasa amfani, da kuma kula da harshe da zuciya.

Annabi Salallahu Alaihi wa sallam ya ce: “Wanda bai bar qarya da aikinta ba, Allah ba ya buqatar barin cin sa da barin shan sa.

3. Tunatar da Musulmi Halin da Mabuqata ke ciki: Wata hikima mai girma da ke cikin azumi ita ce; mutum ya ji irin wahalar da marasa qarfi ke fuskanta na yunwa da qishirwa, sai zuciyarsa ta cika da tausayi, hakan yakan sanya shi ya yawaita sadaqa, sannan ya nisanci girman kai.

Azumi yana daxa qulla alaka tsakanin masu hali da marasa qarfi, domin masu qarfin suna xanxanar irin yanayin da marasa qarfin ke ji.

 

5. Hadaɗɗiyar Ibada ce da bata da Riya: Malamai sun ce: “Azumi ne kaɗai ibadar da ba a iya ganin sahihancinsa a zahiri.” Domin tsoron Allah ne ginshikinsa, kuma sirri ne a cikin zuciya, bawa yana yin shi ne domin Allah kaɗai, domin baza a iya gane wanda baya yi ba, in ba shi ne ya fito fili ya ce baya yi ba. Saboda wannan sirrin ibada, Allah ya ce:

“Azumi na wa ne, Ni ne kuma zan bada ladan sa.”

6. Raunana Shaidan da Qarfafa Ruhin Musulmi: A lokacin azumi ana xaure shaiɗanu, don haka ɗan Adam ya kan samu sauqin yin ibada, ba tare da kasala ba, sa’anan zukata su na qara cika da haske, kuma Ruhi yana samun qarfi da nutsuwa.

Wannan shi ne ainihin horon ruhi da addini ke nufi.

7. Haɗa kan Musulmi Da Gwajin Imanin Bayi: Azumi yana haɗa kan dukkan Musulmi waje ɗaya, domin kowannen su yana azumi a lokaci xaya, suna haxuwa a masallatai wajen jam’in Sallah, yana gina zumunci da saka al’umma su kasance cikin ibada a lokaci guda, wannan yana nuna cewa Musulunci addini ne na tsari.

Haka nan daga cikin manyan hikimomin azumi Allah yana gwada tsantsar Imanin bayin sa ne, domin ya tantance masu tsayawa ga umarninSa ko akasin haka.

8. Sanya Bawa Cikin Rahama da Gafara: Ramadan lokaci ne da ake buɗe dukkan qofofin sama, a buɗe qofofin rahama, sannan a rufe dukkan qofofin wuta, Allah ta’ala yana gafara ga dukkan bayin da suka roqi gafararsa. Don haka ake so bawa ya yi qoqari wajen tsarkake kansa da kuma samun alfarma da garavasar wannan wata.

 

 

BABI NA UKU

NAZARIN MALAMAN MUSULUNCI DA LIKITOCIN DUNIYA KAN AZUMI DA LAFIYA

·        Nazarin Malaman Musulunci

Kamar yadda mukaji dogon bayani game da Azimi, da tarihin sa, da hukunce hukuncensa da falalarsa, duk da haka yana wajaba ne a kan mutum mai cikakkiyar lafiya ta hankali da jiki, ba ya halatta ga mara Cikakkaiyar lafiya ko kuma yaro karami.

Don haka ne yin azumi ya zama wani lamari ne na fixirar halittar dukkan halittu masu jiki don samun cikakkiyar lafiyarsu, kuma duk wata halitta mai jiki tana samun wani lokaci da jikin zai tilas ta mata dakatar da cin abinci ko da kuwa ta hanyar rashin lafiya ne don samun hutu da annashuwa da sabuwar rayuwa ga kwayoyin halittar jikin.

1. Ibn Taymiyyah (Rahimahullah) Ya yi bayanin cewa:

·        Cin abinci fiye da qima yana jawo cututtuka

·        Azumi yana ba jiki damar hutu

·        Yana rage “yawan jini” wato kuzarin (shaidan)

2. Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyya A cikin littafin Zadul Ma’ad, ya ce:

·        Azumi yana kona gubobi

·        Yana inganta narkewar abinci

·        Yana rage qiba

·        Yana tsaftace jiki gaba ɗaya

3. Imam Al-Ghazali Acikin littafin Ihya Ulumuddin, shi ma ya ce:

·        Azumi yana tsabtace zuciya

·        Yana rage nauyi da abinda ke cutar da ciki

·        Yana kara kaifin tunani (clarity of mind)

Wasu daga Malaman wannan Zamani suma sunce wani abu game da azumi

Sheikh Bin Baz: – Ya bayyana cewa azumi:

·         Yana Rage qiba

·         Yana Daidaita jini

·         Yana Tsaftace jiki

·         Yana Kare mutum daga cututtukan cin abinci da yawa

Sheikh Yusuf Al-Qardawi: Shi ma yace: “Azumi magani ne ga jiki da ruhi.”

Yin Azumi ya na Kara Lafiya

Manyan Malamai masana suna cewa: "Ku yi azumi kwa yi lafiya". Wannan na nuna fa'idar yin azumi ga lafiyar jiki, kuma ni'ima ce da Allah ya yi wa xan adam da bai san iyakarta ba, don haka ne littafin Allah yake nuni da cewa:

ُولِتَشْكُرُوا اللَّهَ عَلَى مَا هَدَاكُمْ

Ma’ana:

“Domin ku godewa Allah kan abin da ya shiryar da ku... [19]

Domin ba don ya shiryar da mu zuwa ga wannan hanyar ta samun lafiya ba, da babu wani wanda zai iya shiryar da mu gare ta.

 

NAZARIN MANYAN LIKITOCI KAN TASIRIN AZIMI GAME DA LAFIYA

ü Karanta Cin Abinci Yana Sanya Hutun Hanji

Cin abinci barkatai ne yake sanya takurar ciki da sanya yawan maiqo da qiba sai su taso su toshe kirji ta yadda huhu zai kasa numfasawa cikin annashuwa, don haka ne ma mutane da yawa suke samun dama a lokacin azumi don su dawo da kansu daidai da tsara cikinsu da rage qibarsu don samun sa'ida da walwalar jiki, ta hanyar qaranta cin abinci don su samu hutun hanji.

Akwai bayanai masu yawa na likitanci da suke nuna qarantuwar gubar da take a cikin abinci, da fitar ta daga jikin mutum, a sakamakon yin azumi.

 

ü Azumi Yana Taimakawa Wurin qona Sukari da Maiqo

Azumi yana taimakawa wurin qona sukari, da maiqo da yake cikin hanta da jini da fata, don samun lafiyar zuciya. Akwai bayanai masu yawa da likitoci irin su; Dr. Mark P Mattson [20], Dr. Casey Means [21], Micheal J. Angelos[22] da sauran manyan likitocin duniya suka yi kan wannan lamarin da yake nuna matukar mahimmanci da wajabcin Azumi ga rayuwar mutum.

ü Yunwar Azimi Bata Illa Ga Jiki

Mutumin da yake jahiltar sirrin jikinsa, sai ya dauka cewa, yunwa zata illata shi ne sakamakon yin Azumi, alhalin bai san cewa, yana da ajiyayyen sukari da yake samun amfanin jiki a matsayin gulokojin da aka ajiye a hantarsa wanda zai iya amfana daga gare shi tsawon lokaci, sannan sai ya karkata ga ajiyayyun mai da yake jikinsa, wannan shi ne sirrin da ya sanya zamu ga mutum yana iya amfani da ruwa har kwanaki 40. Sai kuma jiki ya koma tara wasu sinadirai sakamakon hakan ya sake amfani da su don gina gavovinsa da daidaita tsarin rayuwarsu a lokacin Azumi.

Sai dai duk da muhimmancin Azumi ba a yarda kuma a wuce gona da iri wurin yunwata kai ba, don haka daidaito shi ne abin nema. Dr. Valter Longo (USC, USA) da masu taimaka masa sun kawo bayanai masu hadari ga jiki idan ya ci gaba da yunwatuwa tsawon lokaci da ya wuce kwanki 30 – 40.

A nan ne zamu ga hikimar shari'ar musulunci da ta yarda mutum ya yi azumi 30 ne kawai na farilla, ko kwanaki 40 ga masu kaffara. Kuma ya sanya yin sahur a qarshen dare, da buxe baki a farkon dare, ya kuma kwaxaitar dayin sahur xin, kamar yadda Annbi (SAW) yake cewa: ‘kuyi sahur domin akwai albarki a cikin sahur’.

Lallai tafarkin Addinin Manzon Allah Salallahu alaihi wa sallam ne kawai ya yi daidai da ilimi a wannan fagen kamar yadda zamu iya gani.

ü Rashin Lafiyar Da Azumi Kan Yi Wa Amfani

Manyan masana kimiyyar abinci da binke akan azumi duk sun tabbatar da cewa; Azumi yana da muhimman abubuwa da babu wai magani da yake da su da suka haxa da:

1.        Hutun jiki da dawowa asalin kwayoyin halittarsa.

2.        Dakatar da tsotsar sinadirai da suke ragewa a hanji da zubar da su, domin daxewar su a jiki zai iya mayar da su guba.

3.        Dawo da ayyukan gavobi da nishaxinsu da daidaita ayyukansu.

4.        Narkar da sinadaran da suke qari ne a jiki da qona su.

5.        Dawowa da rayuwar kwayoyin jiki da samartaka.

6.        Kiyaye daidaiton karfin jiki.

7.        Gyara gavovin narkar da abinci a jiki.

8.        Buxe kwakwalwa da kara hazaka.

9.        Tsaftacewa da tsarkake fata.

10.   Daidaita bugawar jini da narkar da kitse.

Da sauran abubuwa da za a kawo su anan gaba.

 

Karin Bayanai kan Ra’ayoyin Masana da Masu Bincike

Ga wasu bayanai kan ra’ayoyin wasu masana da masu bincike sukayi game da (azumi), bisa nazari da tattaunawarsu a fannin ilimi, zamantakewa da lafiyar jiki da tunani:

1.   Dr. Jon Holbrook: Ya yi nazari ne akan azumi a matsayin wata hanyar tsarkakewa da daidaita zuciya da jiki. Ya bayyana cewa azumi yana taimakawa wajen qaruwar hankali da natsuwa.

Yawan Azumi kariya ne daga cututtuka da sukan faru dalilin borin jiki (inflammation) irin su sanyin kashi da sauransu. Masana suka kara da cewa ban da irin waxannan cututtuka Azumi har kiyaye cututtukan daji zai iya yi, saboda shi ma daji sanadinsa shi ne borin jiki. Haka nan sun kara da cewa yawan azumi a kuruciya yana iya rage kaifin tsufa da alamominsa wato irin tamojin xinan da tattarewar fata da tsufa.

6. Lafiyar Jiki Da Tinani Da Qwaqwalwa

Da farko dai Azumi na xaya daga cikin hanyoyin gyara lafiyar jiki da ta tunani wato lafiyar kwakwalwa, domin binciken kimiyya ya tabbatar a wasu lokuta ciki da hanji sukan bukaci hutu daga kowane irin abinci na wani xan lokaci. Hakan kan sa kitsen jiki ya narke, sinadarai da guba da hanta ta tara kuma su qone. Jiki kan narka kitse ne ta hanyar amfani da shi a matsayin abinci. Wannan kan sa mutum ya dan save.

Ban da tacewa da qona guba, har ila yau hanta kan fito da abincin da ta tara (irin su sinadaran glycogen da fatty acid na kitse) don jiki ya sarrafa su zuwa sukari wanda yake ba da kuzari na dan wani lokaci don amfanin jiki, domin ita hantar ta fara shirin ajiye sabo. Wannan ma kaxai kan qara lafiyar hanta.

7. Hutawatar Hanji

Bayan hanta shi ma hanji yakan samu ya dan huta na wani lokaci ya daina kumburi ko cushewar da yake yawan yi a wasu mutanen, musamman irin masu cututtukan hanji daban-daban.

8. Cutar Shaye Shaye

Ga masu shan miyagun kwayoyi da taba sigari, Azumi na xaya daga cikin hanyar horar da kwakwalwa barin sabo da su, wato barin nacin begen abin shan (addiction). Wato Azumi zai iya maganin addiction tunda Azumi na tarbiyyantar da jiki da kwakwalwa a kan kore begen ko ma mene ne mutum ke ta’ammali da shi. Ga mai so ya daina wannan dabi’a, Azumi zai iya taimakonsa kwarai da gaske.

9. Ciwon Damuwa

Masu yin Azumi suna cike da tunani na annashuwa domin hasashen lada na aikin ibada, wanda wannan annashuwa kaxai wani qarin lafiya ne ga tunani da aikin kwakwalwa. Wannan ne ya sa masana ke ganin Azumi zai iya tasiri akan ciwon damuwa na (depression), da ciwon gajiyar yau da kullum wato (stress).

Waxansu za su ce ai duk jiki zai iya samun waxannan ba tare da Azumi ba, sai masana kimiyya suka ce, eh haka ne amma me yasa ko a wurin gwaje-gwaje na Asibiti wurin auna sukari da maikon jini da wasu sinadaran jiki akan ce mutum sai ya yi Azumin akalla awa takwas kafin a auna su? Domin a lokacin ne jiki ke nuna sinadarai na hakika ba na zukale ba.

10. Qone Sinadaran Da Jiki Baya Buqata

Azumin na taimaka wa jiki wajen qone dukkan sinadaran da ba ya buqata, ta yadda garkuwar jikin xan Adam za ta samu daidaito da qarin kuzari cikin ’yan sa’o’i da fara azumin.

Manyan likitocin duniya da cibiyoyin bincike na kimiyya sun bayyana cewa azumi (fasting) yana da muhimman fa'idodi ga lafiyar jiki da kwakwalwa, ba kawai a matsayin ibada ba, har ma a matsayin hanya ta lafiya (medical therapy) kamar yadda mukaji a baya.

Azumi ya na rage matsalolin ciki kamar ciwon ulcer, gyambon ciki, da kumburin ciki da basir.

Annabi Salallah Alaihi Wasallam ya yi gaskiya, sabo da faxinsa: "Azumi shine tsayayyen shinge (protection) daga wuta da kuma cututtuka." [24]

Qarancin Ruwa a Jiki (Dehydration) a Lokacin Azumi

Lokacin azumi, musamman a watan Ramadan ko lokacin da rana take da tsawo, jiki na iya rashin isasshen ruwa, wanda ke haifar da matsaloli da dama.

Yawan Gajiya: Rashin abinci da ruwa a jiki yana sa qarfin jiki ya ragu, mutum ya fi gajiya ne a lokacin da babu isashshen abinci ko ruwa a jikin sa, hakanan yana rage kuzari da qarfi.

Yawan Ciwon Kai: Rashin abinci da ruwa ya na iya haifar da ciwon kai mai tsanani. Inda mutum zai iya samun matsaloli wajen rashin samun natsuwa da yin wasu ayyuka.

Ga Masu Shan Magani:  Idan mutum ya na shan magani, yana da muhimmanci ya tuntuɓi likita kafin azumi. Domin wasu magungunan na iya sa jiki ya raunana, wanda hakan zai iya kawo haɗari ga lafiya.

Shawarwari Don Kare Rashin Ruwa a jiki (Dehydration)

§ Shan ruwa mai yawa a lokacin buxe baki da sahur.

§ Cin ’ya’yan itatuwa da kayan lambu masu ruwa.

§ Gujewa abinci masu yawan gishiri sosai waxanda su ke kawo qarancin ruwa.

§ Yawan zama wuri mai inuwa, musamman idan ana rana mai zafi a qauracwa shiga cikin rana.

BABI NA BAKWAI

CUTUTTUKAN DA BA SA BARI A YI AZUMI

Akwai wasu larurori na rashin lafiya wadanda a Addinance ba a xorawa masu su yin Azumi ba. Domin Allah ya yi da rangwame ga waxanda suke ke da uzuri na irin waxannan cututtuka masu tsanani. Ga wasu cututtuka da ba sa bari mutum ya yi azumi:

1. Ciwon Suga da yake da Tsanani (Diabetes – Type 1 & Type 2): Domin ana buqatar shan magani akai-akai ko cin abinci a lokaci na musamman. Azumi na iya sa hypoglycemia (raguwar suga) ko hyperglycemia (yawaitar sugar), wanda zai iya kai mutum ga suma ko mutuwa. Masu amfani da insulin galibi ba su da ikon yin azumi sai da izinin likita.

2. Ciwon Qoda (Kidney Disease); Musamman tunda mai ciwon yana buqatar shan ruwa da yawa, domin rashin ruwa na tsawon sa’o’i yana iya qara lalata qoda, ko da buqatar yi masa (dialysis). Wata hanya ce ta tsabtace jini ga mutanen da kodar su ba ta aiki yadda ya kamata.

3. Ciwon Qwaqwalwa mai tsanani; Idan ana amfani da magungunan ciwin qwaqwalwa a lokaci na musamman, barin maganin saboda azumi na iya haddasa qaruwar ciwon, don haka wannan ciwon shima baya bari ayi azumi.

4. Ciwon Gyambon Ciki (Ulcer mai tsanani)

Rashin cin abinci ga mai wannan ciwon, na iya sa acid ya qaru a ciki, hakan na iya haddasa zafi, ko zubar jini ko hargitsin ciki, wanda za a iya galabaita sosai.

5. Tarin Fuka (TB) ko Ciwon Numfashi (Asthma)

Suma waxannan cututtuka ana buqatar amfani da maganin shaqawa (inhaler) ko shan magani a kai akai. Azumi zai iya haddasa wahalar numfashi ko taqaita shi.

6. Ciwon Hanta; Ga masu xauke da ciwon hanta, su na buqatar tsarin cin abinci na musamman da shan magani. Azumi zai iya janyo gajiya, amai ko qarancin jini.

7. Mutane da ke cikin Jinya ko Rauni mai Tsanani

• Misali: Masu jiyar rauni da aka yiwa aikin tiyata (surgery), ko waxanda ake yiwa (chemotherapy) wani magani ne da ake amfani da shi wajen kashewa ko dakile ciwon daji (cancer) a jiki.

8. Masu Ciwon Zuciya Mai Tsanani (Heart Disease)

Domin suma suna amfani da magunguna akai-akai da buqatar cin abinci naui na musamman. Idan suka tsallake magani ko ruwa, suna iya haxuwa da haxari.

9. Masu Juna Biyu Da Masu Shayarwa

Su ma akan yi musu sauki, saboda irin waxannan larurori suna bukatar fatawoyin malamai, da shawarwarin likitoci, don a tabbatar musu za su iya azumi ko akasin haka da kuma hanyoyin ramuwa ko kaffara. Domin kada su galabaita ko su saka abin da suke xauke da shi wahala. (zamu kawo cikakken bayani a darisi nag aba)

Akwai wasu da dama masu irin waxannan larurori da su ma ke buqatar fatawa dag malamai makusanta da su don a tabbatar za su iya azumi ko akasin haka.

 

Me ya kamata Masu Waɗannan cututtuka Suyi?

Masu waxannan cututtuka da muka ambata, ya kamata su tuntubi likita nagari (Musulmi idan zai yiwu) kafin yanke shawara. Idan azumin zai iya cutar da su ko qara musa ciwo, shari’a ta yarda su sha, sai a rama daga baya, ko a ciyar idan ba za a iya rama yin azumin ba.

Alqur'ani mai tsarki yana cewa:

وَمَن كَانَ مَرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِّنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ ۗ البقرة: 185

Ma’ana

"...Wanda ya kamu da rashin lafiya ko yana halin tafiya, to ya rama daga wasu kwanaki." [25]

KAMANCECENIYA DA BAMBAMCIN AZUMIN MUSULUNCI DA INTERMITTENT FASTING

·     Azumin Musulunci

Shi ne kaucewa abinci, da abin sha, da saduwa da iyali, da duk abin da yake karya azumi, tin daga fitowar alfijir har zuwa faduwar rana, saboda girmama Allah.”

Ana kiyaye salla da ibada a lokacin da ake yin sa, ana yin sahur a qarshen dare, sannan a gaggauta buxe baki a farkon dare, kamar yadda yazo a hadisi,

عـن سَهل بِن سعد رَضى اللهُ عنهُ أنَّ رسول اللهِ صلى اللهُ عليهِ وسلَّم قال: لاَ يزَّالُ النّاس بخَيْرٍ مَا عَجْلو الفِطْر.  متفق عليه.

Daga Sahl xan Sa’ad- Allah ya yarda da shi, Lalle Manzon Allah tsira da aminci su tattaba a gare Shi- ya ce: Mutane ba zasu gushe ba a cikin alheri matuqar suna gaggauta buxa baki. (Sahih Bukhari 10198)

عن أَنس بن مالك رضى الله عنه قال: ما رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قطُ صلَّى صلاة المغْرُبِ حتى يَفْطرولَوْ على شربَة من الماءِ. رواه ابن حبّان.

Daga Anab bn Malik (R.A) ya ce: ban tava ganin Annabi tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gare Shi yayi Sallar Magriba ba, face ya yi buxa baki koda da kurbar Ruwa ne. Ibn Hibban ya ruwaito.

 

Jinkirta Sahur: Anso a jinkirta sahur, saboda hadisin Anas da Zaidu xan Sabit Allah ya yarda dasu suka ce: munyi Sahur tare da Manzon Allah tsira da amincin Allah su tattabata a gareShi, sannan sai ya taShi zuwa salla, aka ce tsakanin gama sahur dinku da tayar da sallarKu zai kai ya ya? Sai suka ce: zai kai kimanin a karanta ayoyi hamsim (50) na alqur’ani.  

 

Anas bn Mali ya ruwaito Hadisi daga Manzon Allah tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata agare Shi. Cewa Annabi (S.A.W) ya ce: Kuyi sahur acikinsa akwai albarka.

 

·     Intermittent Fasting? (Azumin likitanci)

Shi kuma Intermittent Fasting (IF) na nufin tsarin cin abinci da mutum ke rage lokacin da yake ci a kullum, yana barin lokaci mai tsawo ba tare da ya ci komai ba, sai ruwa kawai ko wasu abubuwan da ban.

·     Amfanin Intermittent Fasting Ga Lafiya

3)    Inganta lafiyar qwaqwalwa: ya na qarfafa fahimta da rage damuwa.

4)    Gyaran jiki (Autophagy): ya na tsabtace sassan jiki daga gurvatattun sel.

5)    Inganta zuciya: yana rage cholesterol da matsin jini (blood pressure).

6)    Kare daga cututtuka kamar kansa, da dai sauransu.

 

Waxanda basu kamata da yin shi ba har sai sun tuntubi likita sune:

   Mata masu ciki ko masu shayarwa

   Masu ciwon suga mai tsanani

   Masu matsananciyar yunwa ko ciwon gyambon ciki (ulcer)

   Masu fama da rashin lafiya ko kumburi mai tsanani.

Intermittent Fasting ba wani abinci bane, amma tsari ne na cin abinci cikin lokacin da aka ware, domin gyaran jiki da lafiyar zuciya da qwaqwalwa. Yana kama da azumin Musulunci, amma ba ibada ba ne, ana yi ne da niyyar lafiya.

 

 

 

BABI NA TARA

HANYAR CIN ABINCI MAI LAFIYA YAYIN BUXE BAKI (IFTAR)

Abincin Da Ya Fi Dacewa Wajen buxe baki (Iftar)

Buxe baki na da matukar muhimmanci domin dawo da kuzarin da jiki ya rasa, shi yasa ake son cin abici cikin tsari, kuma lafiyayye waxanda baza su wahalar da jiki ko kawo matsala ga lafiya ba.

Ruwa da abubuwan sha

§ Ana so a fara da dabino (in ya samu), sai ruwa mai kyau domin mayar da ruwan da jiki ya rasa.

§ Za a iya shan zobo, ko kunu ko koko ko haxaxxen kayan itace masu ɗanɗano, da suke xauke da sinadarai masu amfani ga jiki.

§ A guji shan abun sha mai xauke sukari mai yawa, domin hakan ba zai taimaka wa jiki ya dawo da kuzarin da ya rasa da wuri ba.

‘Ya’yan itatuwa

‘Ya’yan itatuwa kamar markaxaxxun ayaba, kankana, lemun zaqi, suma suna qarawa jiki qarfi, kuma suna qara ruwan da jiki ya rasa,

Hakanan suna taimakawa wajen saka kuzari cikin sauri ba tare da cutarwa ga jiki ko ciki ba.

Abinci mai sauqin narkewa: Za a iya cin abinci mai saurin narkewa kaxan, kamar shinkafa, talitya da makamantansu domin jiki ya samu qarfi.

Abincin mai Xauke da Sinadarin Furotin: cin abinci mai xauke da sinadarin Furotin shi ma ya na taimakawa wajen gyara tsokoki da qwayoyin jiki, kamar kifi, naman kaza, wake, kwai, madara da makamantan su.

Ammafa kada a ci da yawa a lokaci xaya, domin su a hankali jiki yake sarrafasu.

Gujewa abinci masu kitse ko Mai: Ana son a guji cin abinci mai kitse ko mai da yawa, domin ya na jawo nauyin jiki da matsaloli a cikin ciki da rashin narkewar abinci da wuri, (idan jiki yai nauyi zai sa akasa yin Sallar Tarawih (Sallar Asham).

Rage cin Abinci ko abin Sha mai Sukari da yawa: ana son a rage ci ko shan abinci mai xauke da Sukari mai yawa, domin ya na gajiyar da jik sosai.

Yin Addu’ar buxe baki kamar yadda addini ya koyar a

na yi ne lokacin buxe baki (in an kai azumi), don neman albarka da gafara daga Allah.

Allahumma inni laka sumtu wa bika aamantu wa ‘alayka tawakkaltu wa ‘ala rizq-ika-aftartu

Ma’ana:

 

“Ya Allah, na yi azumi ne domin Ka, na yi imani da Kai, na dogara ga Kai, kuma da rizqinka nake bude azumina.”

Ana karanta wannan idan aka bude azumi (Iftar). Hakanan za a iya kuma yin addu’o’in musamman na iftar, kamar neman gafara, lafiya, da albarka.

Sannan bayan minti 15–30, sai a ci abinci mai sauqin narkewa, hakannan ana son shan ruwa mai yawa tsakanin buxe baki da sahur.

Abincin Da Ya Fi Dacewa a Sahur

A yayin Sahur ana son cin abinci mai fiber da furotin waxanda su ke bayar da kuzarin da zai ɗore har zuwa shan ruwa (iftar).

•  Misali: koko mara sukari sosai, kwai, wake, 'ya’yan itatuwa, ko hatsi kamar shinkafa, ko tuwon masara ko na gero. Amma a guji mai maiqo da yawa domin zai iya kawo yawan jin qishirwa,

Wasanni da Motsa Jiki

Ana son a motsa jiki ba da yawa ba, bayan shan ruwa, kamar tafiyar a qasa.

Yin Sallar Tarawihi (Asham) itama tana taimakawa wajen jiki ya motsa, sannan abinci yayi saurin narkewa,

Ana so a gujewa motsa jiki da yawa kafin shan ruwa, domin a lokacin jiki bashi da kuzari da yawa.

 

 

BABI NA GOMA

AZUMIN NAFILA DA BA NA RAMADAN BA

Kamar yadda muka ji mahimmancin da azumi ke da ga lafiyar mu, don haka bai kamata mu tsaya kaxai wajen azumtar Ramadan ba, sabo da haka ga qarin wasu azumin na Nafila (nafilfili) da ba na watan Ramadan ba, da ya kamata mu lazimce su a tsawon rayuwar mu, don qara inganta lafiyar mu.

Su wadannan azumi na Nafilfili sune; waɗanda Manzon Allah ya yi ko ya qarfafa sahabbai da musulmai su riqa yin su. Ana samun lada mai girma da ximbin yawa in muna yin su, sannan kuma zamu samu qarin lafiya, kunga riba biyu kenan, ga Lada ga samun qarin Lafiya, azumin Nafila (Nifilfili) a Musulunci sune kamar haka:

1.     Azumin Litinin da Alhamis

Shi ne azumtar dukkan ranakun Litinin da Alhamis.

Dalilin yinsa: Anas bn Malik ya ruwaito daga Manzon Allah Alaihissalam cewa: “An kasance ana gabatar da ayyuka ga Allah a ranakun Litinin da Alhamis, kuma ina son a gabatar da aikina ina azumi.” [26]

2.  Azumin Ayyaamul Bidh (Ranakun Haske)

Shi ne azumtar ranakun haske na kowanne watan Hijriyya, sune ranakun da 12 da 14 da 15, wato in wata ya raba kenan.

Dalilin yinsa: Abu Hurairah ya ce: Manzon Allah ya umarce ni da na yi azumi uku a kowane wata, da sallar duha biyu, da nafila raka’a biyu kafin na kwanta.” [27]

3.  Azumin Ashura da Tasu’a

Wato azumtar ranaku 10 da kuma 9 ko 11 na watan Muharram na kowacce shekara.

Dalilin yinsa: “Azumin ranar Ashura yana kaffarar zunubai na shekara guda.” [28]

Manzon Allah ya ce: “Idan na rayu shekara mai zuwa, zan azumci ranar tara (Tasu’a) da goma (Ashura).” [29]

4. Azumin Arafah (9 ga Zul-Hijjah)

Shi ne Azumtar ranar Arfa wato ranar 9 ga Zul-hijja na ko wacce shekara, amma wanda ya ke cikin aikin Hajji, ba zai yi azumi a ranar Arafah ba.

.

Dalilin yin sa: “Azumin ranar Arafah yana kaffarar zunubai na shekarar da ta gabata da ta gaba.” [30]

Saboda faxin Manzon Allah tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gareShi cewa:

صيامُ يوْمُ عرفَة أحْتَسبُ على اللهِ أنْ يُكفر السَنة التِى قَبْلهُ، والسّنة التى بَعْدَهُ.

Annabi tsira da amincin su tabbata a gareShi ya ce: Azumin Ranar Arfa ina sa ran Allah zai gafarta zunubin da ya gabata da kuma wacce ta ke tafe. Muslim (1162)

5. Azumin Watan Sha’aban

Manzon Allah yana azumta da yawa daga watan Sha'aban.

“Yana azumtar (kusan) duk watan, sai in ce ba zai bar shi ba.” [31]

6. Azumin Annabi Dawud (Azumi Mafi alheri)

Azumin Annabi Dawud: shi ne a Azumci rana ɗaya, sai a huta a rana ta gaba.

Manzon Allah Alaihissalam yace: “Mafi alherin azumi a wurin Allah shi ne azumin Annabi Dawud...” [32]

7- Azumin Sitta Shawwal

Wato azumtar kwana shida a watan Shawwal.

Dalilin yin sa: Manzon Allah Alaihissalam yace: “wanda ya azumci Ramadan ya bishi da shida a watan shawwal, kamar ya azumci zamani ne”

8- Azumin Gwagwaye

 Ana son waxanda basu da aure wato (Gwagware) su yawaita yin azumi

Dalili: Annabi Alaihissalam yace: “Wanda bai samu damar aureba na horeshi da yin azumi domin kariya ce a gare shi”[33]

9. Azumin Watan Rajab

Ana son yawaita azumi a cikin watan rajab’

Domin Manzon Allah Alaihissalam yace da Mujibaul bahily: “Ka azumci watanni masu alfarma (4) ya isa. Watan rajab yana cikin watanni 4 masu alfarma.

Hukumcin Azumin ‘Ya Mace

Kamar yadda shari'a ta xora yin azumi akan namiji, haka ta xorawa ‘ya mace yin sa, na Ramadanu ne ko na nafilfilu kamar yadda muka kawo su a babin da ya gabata, amma kuma shari'a ta rawangwantawa mace game da yin azumin a wasu wurare ko kuma ace awasu lokuta, wannan saboda kasancewar mace mai rauni ta fanin shari'a.

Domin Ayar da ke yin bayani akan wanda ke iya yin azumi amma da kyar to lallai akwai mace mai ciki da mai shayarwa idan suka jiwa kansu ko jaririn su tsoron cutuwa.

Jini Rashin Lafiya:- ko kuma jinin ISTIHADHA macen da jini yake zuwar mata bana haila ba, azumi wajibi ne akan ta, bai halatta ta sha azumi saboda wannan jinin ba, domin shi jinin rashin lafiya ne kamar zuwan kumallo ne, ko fitar jini saboda rauni, ko fitar ruwan kurji, duk waxannan abubuwa ne waxanda basu da lokaci kayyadadde na zuwan su, ballantana ace mace tabar azumi domin su, ma'ana zuwan su ba zai hana mata yin azumi ba.

4.  TSOKACI GA MAI KARATU

Mai karatu mai daraja, wannan littafi an rubuta shi ne domin ya zamar maka jagora wajen fahimtar tasirin azumi ga lafiyar jiki da ta ruhu. Ina qarfafar ka da ka yi amfani da abin da ka koya a nan. domin ilimi ba ya amfanar da mutum sai idan ya yi aiki da shi. Ka yi qoqari ka isar da wannan faɗakarwa ga sauran jama’a, musamman ma ’yan uwanka, da abokanka, da yara da Matasa maza da mata, domin ilimi yana yawaita ne idan aka yaxa shi.

Idan kuma ka samu wani abu da kake ganin ya kamata a qara, ko a gyara ko a qara fayyace shi, ka hanzarta ka sanar da ni. Littafi tamkar gonar noma ne: ana gyarawa, ana qawatawa, ana qara inganta shi lokaci zuwa lokaci.

Allah Ya sanya wannan littafi ya zama haske a gareni da gare ka, Ya kuma biya ka da ladan neman ilimi da aikata abin da ya dace da shi.

Dafatan Allah Ta’ala zai datar damu, ya shiryar damu ya qaramana tsoronsa da biyayya agareshi, ya qara mana Lafiya da zaman Lafiya da kwanciyar hankali a garunmu Kano da sauran garuruwan musulmi. Allah ka qara tsira da aminci ga shugabanmu Annabi Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam, da ahalin gidansa da dukkan sahabbansa, da wadanda suka bishi da kyautatawa har zuwa ranar karshe.

Azumi ibada ce mai fa’idodi masu yawa ga ruhi, da jiki, da kwakwalwa. Wannan littafi ya tattara bayanan malamai, masana kimiyya, da shawarwarin kan abinci (dieticians) domin ilimantar da mai karatu yadda zai yi azumi lafiya da amfani.
